MATT MEINEL, Banking

Matt Meinel is a former Managing Director for UBS/Swiss Bank Corp and founding executive at 29West Inc (now part of Informatica). Matt lived in London and ran global IT development groups within UBS and its predecessor organizations (Swiss Bank Corp and O’Connor and Associates) for more than a decade. He also served on the board of Swapswire.com and as founding co-chair of the FPML Standards Committee. Matt holds an MBA in Finance and Statistics from the University of Chicago. He is currently VP Strategy – Global Financial Services at Informatica. At Informatica, Matt has been driving global strategy to meet the enterprise data integration needs of the top tier banks worldwide.


TERRY PEFANIS, Entertainment

Terry Pefanis has led various entertainment companies during their best years including Big Idea–VeggieTales and Gaylord Films. Terry oversaw the financing, production and release of six major motion pictures in partnership with Warner Bros., full direct to DVD production of VeggieTales, as well as TV, international sales and music.


GARY RINGGER, Philanthropy and Business

Gary Ringger is the founder and former owner of Ringger Foods, which manufactured ingredients for Quaker Foods, General Mills, and other major food companies. After the sale of Ringger Foods, Gary founded The Manna Group, which produces freeze dried products for Kellogg“s. Gary then founded the TMG Foundation, which pays all administrative expenses for his non-profit organization called Life Song for Orphans, where Gary serves as President and Orphan Advocate. Life Song provides adoption assistance to young couples, and has established multiple orphan care projects in Africa, India, Ukraine, and Central America. Gary and his wife Marla have 3 daughters and 11 grandchildren.


ADAM BRICKER, Former Global CIO, World Vision International

Adam Bricker is the former Global CIO at World Vision. He began his career as an aerospace engineer at General Dynamics in San Diego in 1985. There he worked on cruise missiles, the Space Shuttle, and hypersonic missiles and eventually became chief systems engineer of a major weapon system. After a short stint in consulting to Fortune 500 companies in the areas of IT department performance improvement, he joined Southwest Airlines as Director of Purchasing and then as Director of Information Systems.

Four years later, he became the VP of Information Technology for YUM, to design, develop and implement a new operations system in 30,000+ restaurants in over 100 countries.

In 2000 Adam joined Bearing Point as Partner/ Managing Director leading a global consulting practice in the areas of operational excellence (Lean, Six Sigma, supply chain strategies, etc.), IT systems and field service strategy. In 2006, Adam joined World Vision as the global CIO.

Adam, his wife and four children live in Laguna Niguel, CA.
